When can I expect my box to arrive?

Subscription boxes are mailed out in batches between the 7th - 21st of the month. Boxes should arrive within 3-5 business days (US), or within 5-10 business days (international).

Peach Market orders are processed & shipped within 2 business days, & generally arrive within 5 business days (US), but can take a little bit longer if the postal office encounters any issues or inclement weather. Delivery to Canada can take 1-2 weeks, and 1-3 weeks anywhere else.

Will I receive tracking information?

Upon shipping, you should receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking details and a link to tracking for both subscription boxes and shop orders. You can request text or e-mail updates through the USPS or DHL websites below or beside the tracking history.

Can I change the address on my subscription?

Yes, you can! Please send us a message and we'll get your details updated.

Please note: if your box or order has already shipped, we are unable to change this information. Please contact your postal office for further assistance.


Can I cancel my subscription or order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel a box or order once it has already shipped. If you would like assistance unsubscribing from further boxes, please contact us. We'll hate to see you go, but we'll treasure the time you were with us!

How do I make a return?

We do not accept returns on our subscription boxes at this time.

If you would like to make a return on a Peach Market order, please contact us for further assistance and information. We can only accept returns on new, un-opened items within 14 days of delivery.

Do you have a loyalty or rewards program? 

Not yet, but we're hoping to launch a program in 2018. We'll make official announcements on our blog & instagram when we do!
